FEE REGULATION

Please follow Strictly the Fee Schedule given in the fee book to each student.
The fees have to be paid by the 15th of the due month else you will have to pay a late fee fine as given in the fee book.
Bank counter will be open from 1st to the 15th of every month in which the fees are to be deposited at Syndicate Bank, Shazadi Mandi, Agra Cantt.
Syndicate Bank will not accept any fees from the parents after 15th of each month.
No deduction will be made for a broken period of school attendance. Children whose fees fall into arrears for more than a month are liable to be debarred from attending school, till fees are fully paid. Neither will report nor transfer certificate be issued, till all dues are fully settled.
When depositing fees, please make sure that the three parts of the pay-in-slip are correctly entered with the Bill No., Pupil's Name, Class and Section (in Block Letters), and the correct amount as given in the schedule of fees.
For any clarification, regarding fees, you may contact the Accounts Office between 10 AM to 11 AM on any working day.
Please check the fee book from time to time and pay the fees regularly to avoid the late fee fine before the due date or else late fee will be levied.
You are free to pay fees of the whole year at the beginning of the Academic year.
