On the day fixed for the issue of books, each child is required to bring her book to the school whether she has finished reading it or not.

A book may be kept for the specified period only.

If a child does not return her book at the end of this period, she is liable to be fined.

Library books must not be interchanged with those borrowed, by any other child in the school. Each student is fully responsible for the books that she borrows from the library.

If a book is lost or destroyed, an appropriate fine will be imposed. The book could also be replaced.

Before commencement of Examination, the Librarian will see that students return the books that they have borrowed.
